My Services

As your doula, I am dedicated to providing comprehensive care to support you throughout pregnancy, labor, and your postpartum journey. My services are customized to meet your unique needs ensuring that you receive holistic care every step of the way. Here's what I will provide in addition to each birth doula package:

• An initial 90 minute intake session virtually. 

• Prenatal and immediate postpartum sessions. Each session is 2 hrs.

• Discussion of your goals and vision.

• Assistance in creating your birth plan. 

• Discuss your medical history, physical limitations and emotional and mental health.

• Discuss ways to optimize your pregnancy through nutrition and gentle body movements.

• Discuss comfort measures for labor. 

• Discuss birth interventions and pain management.  

• Stress reduction through breathing and visualization techniques. 

• Continual support during labor and delivery. 

• Provide resources and community referrals if needed. 

• Access to evidence-based information. 

• Support with breastfeeding and baby/parent essentials. 

• Advocacy. 

• On call 3 weeks before your estimated due date and 2 weeks after your estimated due date.

• Medical billing codes for insurance reimbursement.

• Unlimited phone and text support during pregnancy and after birth.

• Backup Doula provided if needed.
